Nancy I know you are defying age with what you are doing health wise. Tell us some of your secrets?
Thank you! I was always called the "Nap Queen" by my friends, I craved sugar, and found I was doing a lot of yo-yo dieting to stay at my goal weight. I skeptically tried a program my friend was doing and got excited. I lost 9 pounds in 9 days, went on to lose 15. I've been on the products consistently for 4 years and my energy is great throughout the day, my weight is easy to sustain and I never think about sugar. I learned that our food does not contain the nutrients it did in years past, and that toxins are disrupting our metabolism. I became passionate about educating others and partnered with the company. Everyone needs to be doing something to combat these problems. You were on Baywatch for a while and had a career not only as an actress, but as a producer and worked with the iconic Farrah Fawcett on her reality series. Tell us how her death affected you.
It was shocking to me even though I knew she was very ill. The Larry King show called me to get an interview regarding her death, but I did not know she had died. I'll never forget how horrible it was to hear those words. My heart is with her son who she loved dearly.

Nancy Van PattenYou have been in a long marriage to Nels Van Patten, what is the secret to your success here?
We go to a romantic dinner twice a week, dancing, candlelight...he goes on Tuesday's, I go on Thursdays! :-) Just kidding!! Seriously, when things may be challenging, I look for solutions instead of fighting for my way, try to understand his point of view, and always ask myself how I can be more loving....but at the end of the day, he keeps me laughing, and I know he will always be by my side through whatever we may face.

What are your future plans with your career?
I love bringing people's real stories to the screen and will continue to partner on reality shows that are based on interesting people with fascinating lives; however most of my time these days is dedicated to helping people create the life of their dreams. The nutritional company I am partnered with offers a wonderful income opportunity that anyone can take part in. I feel blessed to be able to help change people's lives both physically and financially. I've helped many drop over 100 pounds and I recently helped my friend replace his 6 figure income.

What is your exercise routine?
I do light weights in the gym and sometimes hike. I don't do a tremendous amount of cardio.
