Stacey WhitmoreStacey is known for being the spokesmodel for the Princess Diana Jewelry collection on HSN, but her dog Princess is becoming quite a celebrity herself.

Stacey you have the adorable little dog labeled, "Princess" who has over 250,000 twitter followers as the 90210 dog. Tell us how special Princess is and why she's so popular?
When Princess walks into a room, there’s no doubt, the attention is on her. She is known for her pink hair, her fabulous dog necklaces, and spunky personality. She really is the most “pawfic” pooch in the 90210 area. She is a girl’s best friend and embodies the fantasy of lavish lifestyle...well as lavish as it gets when you’re a dog!

This past spring, I started to take pictures of Princess around Beverly Hills and I posted the pictures on Twitter. Before I knew it, she started to get an impressive following. Fans and celebrities love their daily dose of Princess of Beverly Hills and I love capturing her fun-filled furry moments!

You are also the spokesperson for a jewelry line of legends, tell us more about that?
I create jewelry inspired by the fabulous baubles of icons like Marilyn Monroe and Princess Diana (Princess Collection™), Ava Gardner, Ingrid Bergman, Gene Tierney, Ginger Rogers, and Natalie Wood. My jewelry was featured on HSN and is currently being sold at Bettie Page Clothing retailers across the country.

Stacey WhitmoreI am currently working with Danbury Mint on a collection inspired by the most coveted pieces to hit the auction block. We are running a test with some of my favorite items now, so fingers crossed... it may turn into a really exciting project with Danbury. I have an exclusive agreement with Heritage Auctions to recreate these heirloom pieces.

Your husband Mark Roesler is a high profile agent to living and dead legends such as James Dean, Neil Armstrong, Amelia Earhart, Ella Fitzgerald, Bettie Page and Chuck Berry. I know that you guys travel a lot, how do you handle jet lag and stay looking so great?
I try to eat healthy, get enough sleep and workout often. It’s not easy going back and forth between time zones, so the most important thing is to try to trick your body into being on the same schedule.

What are some of your favorite go to fashion accessories?
My favorite fashion accessories are jewelry, of course! I love all that sparkles...every girl has to have some bling. That’s part of the reason I got into the jewelry business, I wanted to make women feel beautiful by providing them with gorgeous, affordable jewelry.

What aspirations do you have for Princess and do you plan to get her a Prince maybe?
There are numerous projects underway that are going to launch Princess even more into the spotlight. Not just as a living dog, but as a brand. There’s going to be Princess of Beverly Hills toys, storybooks, clothing and accessories and much more. Possibly even a television series! Watch out Hello Kitty!

In regards to a Prince, well, not every girl needs a Prince to be happy! I think she enjoys all the attention on her for now. You never know though...
