Brande RoderickBrande Roderick may be known for her glamourous looks, but this babe is much more than just a pretty face.

Brande we have known each other a long time and I've watched you grow from actress to author and now as a wife and mother. What are you most passionate about now?
I'm most passionate about keeping my family healthy.
Being an older parent, i'm constantly researching way of being young and healthy so that I can be around for my grandchildren.

And for me and my family it starts with a good high pH water.
the one we use is Alkaline water. I like Alkaline 88 because it comes in bulk sizes, therefore it's less expensive and is better for the environment because you're using less plastic.

I understand you are very involved with charity and doing alot of interesting things, especially around the holiday season. Tell us about this?
Currently I'm hosting a wonderful event on dec 11th called babes in toy land www.babesintoylandcharity.com we will be collecting toys in exchange for admission that will go to the children at www.promises2kids.com These are children that are currently at a children's home called the polinsky center or children in foster care. There's nothing better than making a child smile.

Brande RoderickHow do you balance staying so glamourous with being a hands on mother?
Balance is not the easiest thing to accomplish, but I try my best. First and foremost I start with the easiest thing, and that's drinking 3liters a day of my alkaline88 water. Then I try to work out and eat healthy 5 days a week, and give myself a break on the weekends by eating what I want and not working out on sat and sun. I also take vitamins everyday. All of this helps me to stay as balanced as possible in a sometimes hectic environment.

What are you plans for the holiday season?
This holiday season will be spent with my family. It's an exciting time of year because my boys are 3 1/2 and 2 1/2 and they are learning about Santa clause. Cant wait to wake up christmas morning and see the looks on their faces when they catch santa under the tree. my dad dresses up like santa. So much fun.

Any upcoming projects?
My newest film adventure will take place this spring in NYC. I'm back to my horror roots and doing what I love! A new Horror film!BrandeRoderick-02 IMG 2223
