Being a Playboy TV reporter for seven years was the best sex education I could have ever hoped for. Some of my experiences were erotic, many were surprising, but mostly they were a bit bizarre. One of the things about the show that I am most proud of is that we always attempted to demystify perversions and find a way to understand and relate to people’s fetishes. We tried never to label people as “weird ” or “wrong .” We simply asked the question: “why ?”—“why  does someone lust after the things they do?”

1. Corinna how has the transition been for you from modeling to acting?
I've thoroughly enjoyed the transition from modeling to acting. I've been performing and in the entertainment industry in some capacity since I took my first ballet class at 3 years old. I did my first commercial when I was in the 4th grade with Dick Van Patten for Blue Cross Blue Shield. That was my first on camera "acting gig". I was doing my first print modeling around that same time. So The transition was very organic. Modeling is acting really. To capture a great photo you have to be able to embody a mood- and many of the same tools are used as in acting. I'm somewhat of a late bloomer though- because In my twenties I was landing roles here and there, but had no formal training aside from theater class in High School and putting on backyard performances and being in plays and recitals. Now I cringe when I look back at some of my work.

Nothing is more important in an intimate relationship than sex and keeping sex spicy is the key to longevity.

The foreplay that we all use to draw our partners to us sexually in the beginning of any intimate relationship will wane with time. It's only natural for the excitement that you felt early on to morph into something else. That doesn't mean sex can't still be fresh and exciting, but it does take thought, effort and sometime creativity. Think of it as we do food, hey they kind of go hand in hand. Both food and sex are two things in life we can't live without and often crave. So it's nice to add a bit of spice to both these joys in life. Devin: Mamie, you are a true living legend and of the most glamorous movie stars. Age is truly just a number with you as you seem to be defying time and age backwards. I don't know a woman in her 80s that is as sexy and active as you are, what is your secret?

Mamie: There is really not ONE secret. I’m working on a new book called Secrets of the Goddess that will be out around the end of the year in which I talk about many of my beauty and health secrets. I have been blessed with good genes. My parents lived well into their 80s, and had my father not smoked, he would have likely lived into his 90s and beyond as his sisters did. Two of my mother’s sisters lived into their 90s as well. We can’t choose our genetic inheritance, but we can choose to do--and NOT DO--certain things that damage our health. I have never smoked or been a drinker, outside of an occasional beer or glass of wine. I am a big believer in naps and I have always gotten plenty of sleep. If people stopped smoking and drinking and got more sleep, those three things would alone would increase their life spans.
